4th Annual Bellario //Prize

The Bellario Foundation on behalf of the Bellario //Prize is proud to announce the  4th annual winner  for achievement in Applied Science and Technology, and misc. HO HA. ...

for 2016

Mr. Ron Miller of Duluth, Mn.

The Bellario //Prize is awarded on an annual basis - on December 12 at  noon.

The award to Mr. Miller, is based on the growing awareness on the committee that
social science is indeed a science as illustrated by the fact that our previous winner
Katie Williams indeed is a social scientist, and Mr. Miller's activities and interests
are related this arena/level of science.  Mr. Miller is a very active member of our
community meeting with and interacting with people from many different backgrounds.
Most recently he spoke to the resolution of the Duluth City Council -- relating to Standing Rock.

His current driving passion and interest is connected to the issue of Corporate Personhood,
as well as Worker Personhood.

In particular he is a participant  and member of interfaith-caucus on that issue.

Currently he is working on connecting with Jason Adkins, executive director of the Minnesota
Catholic Conference on this issue,,,, links to article by Jason Adkins,

But finally we need to mention our recent winners have been mainly
from Duluth,  even though Don Holte spends a lot of time in Tahiti.

Although we are really going to try and reach out to other areas in the
future the reason for this is, as in the case of Lake Wobegon, the
women here are all strong, the men good looking, and the children
are all above average.
